Senior Civil/Sanitary Engineers (Project Managers)
Locations: City of Industry ( Los Angeles Headquarters), Sacramento , San Diego , and Walnut Creek |
| Applicants should possess 7 to 20 years of engineering, planning, design, project and construction management experience in municipal wastewater and water treatment, pumping station, pipeline, water resources, and related public works projects. Water and wastewater systems engineering and construction experience desired. Applicants must have good written and verbal communication skills, as well as client and project management skills. Qualifications required: BS, MS, or PhD in civil, sanitary, environmental, or public works engineering, with P.E. registration (California P.E. preferred). Responsibilities will include project management, preparation of engineering reports, plans and specifications, cost estimation, and construction management. You will also be involved in business development and proposals. Activities with the opportunity to advance to the position of Branch Manager. Qualified candidates will be given firm ownership opportunities. |

Civil/Sanitary Engineers
Location: City of Industry ( Los Angeles Headquarters), Sacramento , and Walnut Creek |
Applicants should possess 2 to 10 years of engineering, design and construction experience with U.S. consulting firms in the areas of water and wastewater and/or other municipal infrastructure and public works projects. Responsibilities will include a range of assignments calling on your versatility as a technical writer, design engineer, cost estimator, project engineer, and construction support engineer. Applicants may also assist other engineers with calculations and project coordination. Applicants must have good written and verbal communication and computer skills. Qualifications required: BS or MS in civil or sanitary engineering with E.I.T. or P.E. registration. |

Supervising Electrical Engineer
Location: City of Industry ( Los Angeles Headquarters) |
Position requires a BS or MS degree in electrical engineering with 10 to 20 years of electrical engineering, design, project management, and construction experience with public works, institutional, petrochemical, and industrial facility projects. California “Electrical” P.E. registration is a must. Experience in large municipal water/wastewater treatment plant, public works facilities, and pumping station projects is most desirable. Must have a working knowledge of instrumentation and controls (I&C) engineering, SCADA, and other communication systems. Primary duties will include staff management and supervision, client coordination and services, design coordination and quality control management, interdisciplinary design coordination, participating in the business development activities and, time permitting, managing large projects. Applicants must have project management and engineering experience in electrical studies, preparation of plans & specifications, and construction management for low to medium voltage power distribution & lighting systems, switchgear, motor controls, and variable frequency drives. The position also requires the ability to develop control logic and control strategies. |

Electrical Engineer
Location: City of Industry ( Los Angeles Headquarters) |
| Position requires a BS or MS degree in electrical engineering with 5 to 10 years of engineering, design and construction management experience with public works, institutional building, and industrial facility projects (as design engineer or project engineer). California electrical PE registration preferred. Experience in municipal water and wastewater treatment plant and pumping station projects and the ability to manage or interface with instrumentation and control engineering discipline is a big plus. Responsibilities will include project coordination, electrical studies, preparation of plans & specifications, and construction management for power distribution & lighting systems, switchgears, motor controls, and related instrumentation and control systems. |

Senior Instrumentation and Controls Systems (I&C) Engineer
Location: City of Industry ( Los Angeles Headquarters) |
Applicant should possess 5 to 20 years experience in I&C system planning, design, construction management, and commissioning of water and wastewater treatment plants, pumping, petrochemical, chemical processing, power plant and other similar facility projects. Position requires competency in control strategy development and preparation of P&IDs, control logic, I/O lists, process automation, and control and loop diagrams. Familiarity with current information technology (IT) communication platforms, ISA standards, PLCs, SCADA, DCS, low voltage power, and fiber optics is necessary. Applicant should preferably have a California P.E. registration or be committed to obtain it within the next few years. Qualifications required: B.S. or M.S. in electrical, industrial, chemical, or mechanical engineering. |

Senior CAD Mechanical/Piping Designer Location: City of Industry ( Los Angeles Headquarters) |
Position requires 5 to 20 years of piping and mechanical systems design and drafting experience using recent versions of MicroStation (MS) Intergraph and/or AutoCAD software. Proficiency in MS preferred to AutoCAD. Desire experience with U. S. consulting design and engineering firms specializing in municipal water and wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, central plant, petrochemical, power plant, and other mechanical and piping systems utilizing pumps, compressors, and other similar plant equipment. Desire a self-starter capable of laying out plans, sections, details, and isometrics. Position requires good communication and mentoring skills and the ability to coordinate drawing production with other disciplines, such as electrical and structural designers. Good computer and software skills such as Excel and Access is a must. |

Construction Management Department Manager
Location: City of Industry ( Los Angeles Headquarters) |
Applicant should possess 15 to 25 years of construction management, business development, scheduling and claim management, and resident engineering experience with public works and institutional construction projects, especially with water and wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, reservoirs, pipelines, institutional buildings, and public facility projects, preferably with U.S. consulting or engineering firms. Applicant must have an entrepreneurial spirit and be willing to develop the construction management business and manage resident engineers and inspectors. Initially, the successful candidate will handle a wide variety of assignments in the capacity of cost estimator, construction support engineer, scheduler, senior resident engineer, and construction manager. Applicant must possess good written and verbal communication skills and have a working knowledge of “Primavera” and “Project” scheduling software.
